Ajay's Dabanggg!!!

Rohit Shettys Singham is a remake of 2010 South movie Singam which starred South Superstar Suriya.Though the original one was directed by Hari,Rohit Shetty worked really well on the remake.Though both the movies spells different,the plot remains the same and an additional characterization is added to the plot.It is good to see Ajay back into his action mode and Prakash Raj is again at his best.

The plot revolves around a guy Bajirao Singham who is an inspector at a small village on the Maharashtra and Goa border,while Prakash Raj is a 'Gunda' like you always had in the 90's ka movie. Singham is than transferred to Goa city over a tiff with Jaykant Shikre(Prakash Raj) ,here is where all the drama begins and as Jaikant shikra is a powerful thug Singham can ukhad nothing of him.So Singham uses all this brains and with the courage of a Loin inside him he tries bringing down Jaykant Shikre.There are many funny moments of Prakash Raj in the movie that make you go mad,Ajay is too good in the action avtar and the action choreography is really done well.

The only thing that disappointed me is the ending,whic was completely changed from the original one and which makes the movie short too.the ending was not satisfying enough and the action sequences were also less compared to the original ,but still you will like the movie with its own kind of originality.Ajay and Prakash Raj's dialogs rule the movie.The movie makes you feel like you are watching an upgraded version of some movie fro the 90's.Ajay Devgan proves himself that he is not far in the race of the Action Hero.Singham is specially for Dabangg and Wanted kinda movie fans and the movie will not leave you disappointed at any point and will bring out a lion inside you.Full Paisa Wasool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don 2 :Reboot

The promo to the 2006 Shah Rukh Khan starer sequel is out.The first glance at the promos made it want me to watch it twice.The movie seems to have a great cast lined up making it a much more stylish,visual and more entertaining than before.Even the original Amitabh Bacchan starer Don was an epic Farhan Akhtar took the don character to the next level in his 2006 remake.Even though I hate Shah Rukh Khan, I admire the way he played Don.The actors in the movie remain the same although you wont be seeing Arjun Rampal and Isha Koppikar instead and additional cast of Lara Dutta and Kunal Kapoor have been added.

The plot of the movie remains undisclosed but seeing the trailer you can make out that Roma (Priyanka Chopra)is once again assigned to catch Don and Vardhan(Boman Irani) seems to be with Don.The movie is a proper sequel which begins where the previous movie ends.It has some exceptional action sequences and looks like Shah Rukh Khan is also been working on his new look with the long hair.He also carries the look with those locks really well and the D tattoo makes his character look more smart and cunning.Seems the Bollywood movies are getting into mainstream action/crime genre than masala movies.

The new promo looks exceptionally stunning and after the trailer you will be left searching for the replay button.Don 2 is going to be bigger ,better and more big than the first one .This is what the trailer says,to know the truth you will have to wait till Christmas when it releases.I am having great expectations ,lets see where the movie takes the audiences. I hope its a joyride and will make sure I catch the first day first show for sure.Hope Farhan Aktar will be quiet successful in keeping the audiences adrenalin pumping.

Murder 2, A lame attempt to copy The Chaser

I agree watching Murder 2 was a great mistake ,but then i could have just checked my movie collection before going for it.It was just a day after I watched Murder2 i thought of getting over it by watching a movie from my collection,a South Korean movie which i had since ages but never thought of giving it a glance.So The Chaser , here I was ,watching this movie and soon realizing that a Bollywood movie had again ripped the original movie apart by remaking it with such a sick name Murder 2(go screw yourself Bollywood).

So the story remains the same minus Jaqueline Fernandes good for nothing skin show and the other thing different is that the the main lead of the movie played by Yun-seok Kim is the pimp and it is his girls missing.Though Prashant Narayan did a good job playing the killer in the Hindi remake Jung-woo Ha did a great job being the real ripper in the movie from smashing skulls ,killing dogs and chopping off bodies.The other character which catch your eye is the kid whose mother is one of Yun-seok Kim's girls and is gone missing.The guilt of this make him want to save the girl so that the child doesn't loose her mother.

The movie moves along really well towards the end without u knowing that u have already spent 2 hrs and have sunk into your seat wanting to know what has to happen of the killer.In the end you have the lead Yun-seok Kim getting beaten up and bruised trying to catch Jung-woo Ha(the killer) but is not killed like it he Hindi remake.The movie is a fast paced thriller which will make you want to sit and go like on a Poker table at the same time will also give a goose bump in every kill that Jung-woo Ha makes.

Bollywood should atleast leave such good movie alone and after Hollywood movies its now Korean movies which are being raped in such a bad way. All the best with your originality ,hats of to The Chaser great work done by the director Hong-jin Na in his first movie( you have a long way to go )unlike Mohit Suri as all u can do is rip some movies from the DVDs.

Recommended for all suspense/thriller genre lovers.

Ok if you are shocked with the news that how did murder make more money than DELLY BELLYS opening weak then here is the answer.NOW I would like to answer the questions as follows:

1.As it rained all day on Friday College kids decide to bunk and watch the movie.

2.Guess waht?That movie turns out to be murder 2..(very Lucky Mr Bhatt)

3.Movie have Erotic SEX scenes.YEHhhh!!!(This time its not MALIKA Its some SRI LANKAN BABE whose trying to ACT as in tryin to stripp!)

SO ppl just decide to watch this ,cus i did this and ya i think this worked out at theaters which are close to colleges!Now i dint even like Delly Belly ,but im not here taking sides.Murder 2 isnt that bad if u remove EMRAAN HASHMI ,THE UNKNOWN SRILANKAN BABE who is now known because she is kissing IMRAAN in the movie. The movie overall is an average movie but the music is good and u can see Emraan HAShmi making out in a song or just walking and singing a song as usual.

The serial killer in the movie played byPRAshant NARAYANAN was too good ,he was the USP of the movie. Thinking of someone like him still gives me goosebumps .Prashant NArayan is always seen doin great work but is not yet seen in lot of movies (i really would like him killing EMRAAN HASHMI in the movie).WEhat the movie lacked was its stupid story line of the lead actor and actress whereas the movie could have been much better if the never show wh the killer was during the movie and would stick to a suspence genere which would keep the audience at the edge of the seat.Anothe thing i noticed twas that the unnecessary use of MC which was use less even though i could here some guys nex t to me liking it.The fun in the movie was lost when the serial killer was shown then it was predictable and then the movie began to loose everything but as and when Prashant NArayanan was on screen he would make u fell that there might be ppl like him living arnd you.

Overall an AVERAGE movie,good music ,good acting especialy PRAShant NARAYAN,sex scene not as good as the first one!overalll rating **

THE LORD OF THE RINGS TRILOGY

Watching Lord Of The Rings was an enormous task ,I watched all the three parts when i was a bit young as in when i was in the 7th grade,much of it went right above my head and now after about 6 to 7 yrrs I decide to revisit the 'Epic Adventure' and make sure watching it was worth of my 11 hrs!!!!!!!

Now to begin with i had to plan out my day accordingly as it wasn't a child s task making around 11 hrs of your day to just watch a movie (have done that before but that was for about7 hrs to watch 3 of the Harry Potter Series so that i was ready to watch the concluding part in the theater) ,now keeping the 'brackets' aside. But if i just gave it a thought i spent around around 12 hrs downloading the movie(I LOVE PIRACY) ,so summing it up it with watching it adds up to a day.

Now the question that i want to ask was it worth it which I may come to at the end of my Blog.I started of with the first half and looking at the play time of 3 hrs and 27 mins made my determination fade to watch the three part but i did not give up .the first part Fellowship Of The Ring starts off with the introduction of the character and the journey of Frodo and his accomplice Sam to destroy the ring but what they have not realized that its a journey they have never thought of. Accompanied by the the wizard Gandarf THE GREY, BOROMIR ,GREENLEAF, ARAGON and two of FRODO's HOBBIT friends who form a fellowship to destroy the ring.Through the mountain,snow ,darkness the quest of the fellowship is to destroy the ring.

TEH one thing that loved about the movie was that it kept engrossed in it though all the movies were quiet long it did not wnat me to to leave and keep me unknown for what was supposed to happen next.Hats of to the director Peter Jackson who brought alive J.R.R Tolkien in such a way the it no marks that shattere the epic saga.Every part of the Movie makes you a much bigger fan of it,every character u will want to relive a movie that can be seen for decades and will never loose it spark.

The characters potrayed were so reich in life be it from the evil forces of Sauron to the Mighty warriors.But the one character that made me fall in love with it was the Gollum,potrayed as it was supposed to be evil but u wou;d loose ur every tear to have pity on him.The most magnificent and great aadventure ever made.I couldnt write more about the movie in detail cus then that would be like writing a book.
